Built from the counter up

Most manufacturing software starts at the factory floor and treats sales as an afterthought. Small Pakistani manufacturers usually sell from their own outlet, to trade customers on credit and increasingly online. Nafaa starts from that reality: the same account that plans production also runs the counter, the trade khata and the online store, so the cost of every recipe flows straight into the profit on every sale.

Common questions

Does Nafaa do full manufacturing (MRP)?

Not yet as a general module. Today Nafaa handles raw materials, recipes with costing and daily production plans for food production such as bakeries and kitchens, plus purchasing, stock and sales for any factory. Bills of materials for any product and work orders are on the roadmap. Our team can also build custom modules.

How does recipe and ingredient costing work?

Ingredients are kept as raw materials with their stock and cost per unit. On a product you add its recipe, with the quantity of each ingredient and how many pieces it makes, and Nafaa shows the cost as you build it. When ingredient costs change, the recipe cost follows, so you can see your real margin.

Can I keep separate retail and wholesale prices?

Yes. A product can carry a retail price and a wholesale price, and each unit (piece, dozen, carton) has its own price too. The counter uses the right one for the sale, and the khata keeps each trade customer's balance and credit limit.

How much does Nafaa cost?

Paid plans start at Rs 1,500 a month. The pricing page lists every plan with its price and limits, taken straight from our plan settings, so it is always current. You can start with the free trial first, and no credit card is needed to sign up.
