Stock
GET /v1/stock returns the stock of every product in every branch, with its low-stock alert level and an isLow flag, so another system can mirror your stock or raise reorders. Filter by branch with shop_id and by change time with updated_since.
Updated
Each row is one product in one branch: productId, variantId, shopId, name, sku, barcode, unit, stock, lowStockAlert, isLow and updatedAt. Rows come oldest change first, so updated_since gives you a simple incremental sync.
